Samsung wanted a new and more effective way to deliver product training to thousands of sales professionals at big box retailers across the US. So for Samsung’s flagship line of Neo QLED TVs we took what was traditionally dry and tech-heavy content off the page and created an immersive VR learning experience to up engagement and information recall with this highly important group.
In VR we had the advantage of fully immersing this group in the technology and letting them experience some of the more practical benefits of Neo QLED TVs that couldn’t be shown in-store. Sales professionals were blown away by the level of innovation and 93% of them said they would recommend Samsung Neo QLED TVs to customers – a big win for Samsung.
